Town of Ituna SALE BY TENDER
Under the provisions of the Tax Enforcement Act, the Town of Ituna, offers for sale the following property:
Lot 7 Block 12 Plan AF1276
Lot 8 Block 12 Plan AF1276
Lot 9 Block 12 Plan AF1276
These properties are zoned Town Centre Commercial District.
A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender” addressed to the Town of Ituna, Box 580, Ituna, SK S0A1N0.
Tenders must be received by Friday, October 11, at 4:00PM.
A certified cheque or bank draft to the Town of Ituna for 10% of the amount of the tender, must accompany the tender. Tenders submitted without certified funds will not be considered. Inclusion of intended use for the property is at the discretion of the bidder.
Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
Successful bidder will have 30 days to provide the balance of the cash to complete the purchase. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time. The deposit cheques received from unsuccessful bidders will be returned.
In accordance with the Tax Enforcement Act, bidders who are either a councillor or an official with the Town of Ituna must identify on the front of the sealed tender they are employed by the municipality.
All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
